Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to StaticPagesApi, including its page-building, export, API, and publishing features.
Effective August 6, 2026
Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using StaticPagesApi, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The disclaimers, risk allocations, liability limitations, releases, and indemnity obligations in these terms are essential parts of the agreement between you and StaticPagesApi. They apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and reflect the basis on which we can make the service available.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing access within your organizations.
You may use StaticPagesApi to create, manage, render, export, and publish pages and reusable components. Features, limits, and availability may differ by plan and may change as the service develops.
You may not use the service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; distribute malware; probe or disrupt systems; bypass service limits or access controls; send spam; impersonate others; or create or distribute content that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful. You may not resell access to the service unless we agree in writing.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of content you submit to StaticPagesApi. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, modify, display, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to perform actions you request, such as previews, exports, and webhook deliveries.
You are solely responsible for your content, uploaded assets, custom code, destinations, instructions, users, and all results of publishing or deploying them. You represent that you have every right, license, consent, and permission required for them. We have no obligation to review, monitor, test, back up, or approve your content. You must independently review every page and export before publication and are solely responsible for its legality, accuracy, accessibility, privacy compliance, security, performance, and suitability.
StaticPagesApi supports AI-assisted workflows and integrations with third-party AI tools. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, offensive, infringing, or similar to other content. You assume all risk arising from AI-generated output and are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, editing, and deciding whether to use or publish it. You must not rely on it as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Custom code and exported pages
The service may allow custom HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Liquid templates, URLs, analytics scripts, and other executable or externally loaded content. You use, execute, export, deploy, and publish all such material at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that it is safe, tested, licensed, lawful, accessible, secure, and appropriate for every intended destination.
We are not responsible for vulnerabilities, malicious behavior, browser or platform incompatibility, outages, data loss, legal violations, accessibility failures, search-ranking changes, or any other consequence caused by your content, custom code, exported pages, publishing choices, or third-party resources. We may inspect, reject, disable, or remove content or access that creates a security, legal, or operational risk, without liability to you.
Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, plan limits, and included features are shown at purchase. You authorize our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes using your selected payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where law requires otherwise or we expressly state otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Trials and beta features may be limited, changed, or discontinued. We may suspend paid features if payment is overdue and may apply a short grace period at our discretion.
Third-party services and integrations
StaticPagesApi may connect to payment processors, analytics providers, hosting and storage providers, email services, WordPress, Shopify, user-configured webhook destinations, and other third-party products. We do not control, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party product, destination, content, security, availability, conduct, or data practice. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them and are governed by their terms and privacy policies.
You authorize us to transmit content and metadata to a destination when you configure or trigger an integration. You are solely responsible for destination URLs, credentials, signing secrets, permissions, recipients, and the consequences of every transmission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release StaticPagesApi from claims and losses arising from third-party services, integrations, destinations, or disputes.
Service changes and intellectual property
We may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire service at any time, with or without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free operation, and we have no obligation to preserve or recover content. Maintenance, security events, provider failures, internet conditions, and circumstances outside our control may affect availability. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all content and exports.
StaticPagesApi and its software, branding, documentation, interfaces, and original service content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your account remains in good standing.
If you provide feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm StaticPagesApi, its providers, or others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will have no liability for any restriction, suspension, termination, content removal, or resulting loss of access.
Before closing an account, export content you want to keep. After termination, access to stored content may end and we may delete it subject to reasonable backup, security, billing, and legal-retention periods.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
YOU USE STATICPAGESAPI ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT, OUTPUTS, EXPORTS, INTEGRATIONS, DOCUMENTATION, AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITH ALL FAULTS. STATICPAGESAPI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, PERSONNEL, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
THE RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY GENERATED OR EXPORTED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, SECURE, AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, COMPLIANT, ACCESSIBLE, COMPATIBLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE; THAT DEFECTS OR DATA LOSS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT USE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING, RELYING ON, EXPORTING, DEPLOYING, OR PUBLISHING ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY—INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE—FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, CONTENT, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; SECURITY INCIDENTS; UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS; OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM CONTENT, CUSTOM CODE, AI OUTPUT, EXPORTS, PUBLICATION, INTEGRATIONS, OR THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH LOSS WAS POSSIBLE AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO STATICPAGESAPI FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE FIRST EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY. IF YOU PAID NOTHING, THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL HAVE NO MONETARY LIABILITY TO YOU.
THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OR SOURCE OF THE CLAIM AND ARE A FUNDAMENTAL ALLOCATION OF RISK. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED. WHERE A JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW A PARTICULAR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Indemnity, changes, and contact
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from every claim, demand, action, proceeding, liability, damage, judgment, settlement, penalty, fine, loss, cost, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the service; your users; your content, custom code, instructions, AI output, exports, deployments, publications, destinations, or integrations; your breach of these terms; your violation of law; or your infringement or violation of another person's rights.
We may control the defense and settlement of any indemnified matter with counsel of our choosing. You will cooperate fully and may not settle any matter in a way that admits fault by, imposes obligations on, or fails to unconditionally release a Released Party without our prior written consent. Your indemnity obligations survive suspension, termination, and deletion of your account.
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post revised terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practical. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Support page.
