Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information StaticPagesApi handles, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Effective August 6, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create and manage an account, including your name, email address, authentication information, organization name, memberships, invitations, and account preferences.

We store the content and configuration you create in the service. This may include pages, sections, rows, templates, uploaded images and files, metadata, custom code, API token records, webhook destinations, signing secrets, delivery history, and support conversations.

When you purchase a subscription, our payment processor handles your payment method. We receive billing identifiers, subscription status, plan information, and related transaction details, but we do not store full payment-card numbers.

We also receive routine technical information such as browser and device information, IP address, requested pages, timestamps, referral and campaign information, cookies, session identifiers, and product-usage events.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve StaticPagesApi.
  • Authenticate users and keep workspaces separated by organization.
  • Store, render, export, and deliver the pages and components you create.
  • Process subscriptions, trials, account notices, invitations, and support requests.
  • Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, enforce service limits, and protect the service and its users.
  • Understand product usage and evaluate marketing and onboarding performance.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

When we share information

We use service providers to operate StaticPagesApi, including providers for hosting, data storage, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and payment processing. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We use Stripe to process subscriptions and Google Analytics to understand use of our application and marketing pages. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

When you configure a webhook or other integration, StaticPagesApi sends the page content and metadata you select to the destination you provide. You are responsible for that destination and its handling of the exported information.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, security, sessions, preferences, and service operation. We may also use analytics cookies and events to understand visits, feature usage, referrals, and conversions. Browser settings can limit cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why we hold it. Backup copies and records required for fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance may remain for a limited period after account deletion.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should protect account credentials, restrict API tokens and webhook secrets, and revoke credentials that may have been exposed.

Your choices and rights

You can update account information from your account settings and manage or delete most workspace content in the application. You can revoke API tokens, regenerate webhook secrets, disconnect integrations, and manage browser cookies through your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding personal information. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International processing, children, and policy changes

StaticPagesApi and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

StaticPagesApi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably practical.
